In a world full of threat
as wars, climate change
and economical crisis,
joy is coming and going,
unexpectedly appearing
and vaporising. But
we wait and hope for it
return. It always appears
unexpectedly and the
external circumstances
hypnotically stop to exist.
Such an uncontrolled
substance that makes us
continue to live or be a
rebel against fear and evil.
‘Jubilance seems like the
wrong note but maybe
it’s the only correct moral
response?’ (Rick Owens).
We feel joy as an obligation
pushing ourselves
to it in a bad times to
maintain our existence.
We fiddle while Rome
is burning and laughing
to protest.
At this time we wear what
we feel safe in, what
makes us feel ourselves.
Clothes protects us from
the environment physically
and psychologically. The
same effect we receive from
feeling better and happy
in a bad times. This
concepts makes a border
between body, personality
and external reality that
trying to disturb or damage
emotional and physical
balance.
